Time of Delivery

Standard orders

Beanies and headbands bought alone and not as a  part of the pre-order deal will be packed and shipped within 1-2 days.
Standard delivery time within Switzerland is 3-5 business days.
Standard delivery time for orders to the rest of Europe and North America is 8-10 business days. Delays in shipping may occur due to customs processing in some countries

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders: As soon as the products are received from the manufacturer we will send out your order. Shipment of pre-order products are planned for December 1st, 2021. 

Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Customs and Fees

For customers outside Switzerland, additional customs fees may occur. These fees will be at the charge of the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

If the purchased article does not meet your expectations or you wish to change sizes, you can return the product to us. We will then refund the costs of your purchase. 
We cannot exchange the product for you — you must place a new order is you need another size.

Standard orders

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Pre-Orders

You have the right to return pre-order products by December 31st, 2021 for a refund.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too

Return Instructions

All returned items must be in unused conditions and have all tags attached. Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 day. If you made your purchase using a credit card, the money will be transferred back to the same card.

Swiss customers

Please make use of the pre-paid return sticker and the return form that you received with your shipment should you want to return an item in your order.

EU, Norway and US

Please send an email to info@tidlos-clothing.com and we will send you the return labels. You have the right to return products by December 31st, 2021 for a refund. All returned items must be in unused conditions and have all tags attached. Once we have received your returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 day. If you made your purchase using a credit card, the money will be transferred back to the same card.

How to return a parcel

Return shipments must be shipped with the same courier that delivered your original order. In order to make sure your return shipment is free of charge, please make use of the pre-paid return sticker enclosed in your order. Return shipments sent in any other way may easily get lost in the shipping process.

If you have lost your return sticker, please contact our customer service. If you would like to return from a country outside of the EU, Switzerland or Norway, please contact us via info@tidlos-clothing.com and we will send you a return label. 
Please make sure to attach the original invoice on the outside of your parcel, so customs services can easily identify it as a returned purchase and will not tax it again.If this has not been done correctly, we will have to decline the parcel at the border. The parcel will then be returned to you in order for you to correct the issue and send the parcel out again.

Criteria for approval of returns

- All tags must be attached

- The products must be in unused condition

- Original packaging must be intact

- Do not stick or write anything on the original packaging.



If the product is returned in any condition not according to the above, we have the right to refuse a refund.
It is important that we receive the garment back in the exact condition in which it was delivered.
